Guidance on HMRC Returned Goods Relief (RGR)

Returned Goods Relief allows you to re-import goods into the EU/UK without paying Customs Duty and VAT.  Our Compliance Team can provide advice to our customers on how to claim Returned Goods Relief on the movement of the goods and what is required to do this.

HMRC UK Trade Scheme

Let EOS direct you in the formalities of the UK Trade Scheme. If your goods are not at risk of entering the EU, we can register you for the UK TS which alleviates Import Duties on goods entering NI. If your goods are entering the EU, our team can advise on NI-AID.

Safeguarding Tax 

EOS can advise, complete, and submit required BEIS forms to HMRC on behalf of our customers, to prevent paying unnecessary tax. This process allows the customer to avail of EU steel quotas and alleviate 25% safeguarding duties that would be otherwise payable.

Completion of C285 repayment claims to HMRC for duty overpayments

Have you overpaid import duties? Our specialised compliance team can help you recover this by completing and submitting C285 claim forms to HMRC on your behalf and arrange for the repayment to be paid directly back into your bank account.
